The five architecturally designed Town-houses created exclusively for Rangeview Park have each been inspired by a desire for their exteriors to blend in seamlessly with the natural environment and sensitively combine
shadow cladding, timbers with feature stonework and subtle steel accents all
complimented by natural textured paving.
Inside, the design has been inspired the modern trend to keep lines clean and uncluttered and floor plans open; to make the cleverest possible use of living space and create a mood that is
light & uplifting and never feels cramped, to incorporate surfaces which are
both beautiful to look at and yet simple to maintain and above all, to create a contemporary environment that actually succeeds in making you feel
'good inside'.
Even the names given to each design have been inspired by the spirit of the indigenous people who once inhabited the Yarra Valley region.
